Returns and Refunds Policy

We take pride in supplying high quality diamond tooling and concrete grinding products. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is resalable

Change of mind returns must be approved prior to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non refundable.


Used or Installed Products

Due to the nature of diamond tools and abrasive products:

Used, mounted, tested, or installed items cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Diamond cup wheels
• Grinding plates
• PCD tools
• Cutting or drilling tools

Once a tool has been fitted to a machine or used on a surface, it is considered used.


Incorrect Selection or Compatibility Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their machine and application.

Returns will not be accepted for incorrect selection where:
• The product has been used or installed
• The incorrect item was ordered by the customer

If you are unsure about compatibility, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty:
• A replacement will be offered where available, or
• A refund will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect application, or damage caused by improper use is not considered a fault.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:
• Your order number
• The product name
• Reason for return
• Photos where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
