At this time, international shipping is not offered unless agreed to in advance.

Shipping Costs

Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for parcels left unattended at the delivery address once delivery has been confirmed.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist with lodging an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be assessed once the carrier investigation is completed.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if:
• An incorrect address is provided
• The parcel is returned to sender
• Re-delivery is required
Pickup and Local Collection
If local pickup is offered and selected at checkout, customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
Pickup arrangements must be made within the specified timeframe advised at the time of order.
